The General Terms and Conditions (ÁSZF) for consumers regulate the rights and obligations between Ökotech-Home Kft. as the Seller and the customer for all contracts concluded through our website. Orders can be placed by filling out, signing, and submitting the online order form, which creates a binding payment obligation. These terms apply specifically to consumers as defined by Hungarian law; a separate GTC applies to business entities. Note: Always review the latest ÁSZF before placing an order.
In case of defective performance, if you are a consumer, the Seller is obligated to provide a guarantee based on Government Decree 151/2003. (IX. 22.) concerning the mandatory guarantee for certain durable consumer goods. Note: Guarantee applies only to consumers; business entities have separate terms.
The guarantee does not cover damages arising from natural wear and tear/obsolescence beyond the professionally expected lifespan, or damages that occur after the transfer of risk due to faulty or negligent handling, excessive use, influences other than those specified, or any other non-intended use of the products.
